Learning WordPress

As part of learning WordPress, I’m going through the steps to create my blog, private of course. Shall I also mention the challenge of dealing with a laptop keyboard where the space key doesn’t work all the time?

Editing now.  Hmm, where do I assign a category?  Ah ha!  There it is.  This is my learning category.  Ooh, and I tagged it as well.

Now for my 2nd edit, I turned on all those language checking options.  It’s as easy as pie.  Let’s see if the cliché is caught!  Sentence fragment.  We was use the wrong verb tense too.  Hmm, no warnings.  Perhaps I forgot to save the settings?  Nope, it identified the cliché and the passive voice.  Nothing about verb tense.  Maybe that wasn’t as option…

Maybe I’m spending too much time on this part.  I should probably go through the tutorials now.   See you later, alligator!
